                                              Bedding Down the Birds

Each spring I put out a fleece or two for my beloved birds. There will chicks bedded in Alpaca throughout the woods this year.

                                        On the Needles

This week I cast on Scalene, by Carina Spencer.
This is a great little knit that will allow you to watch your five star movie
favourite without missing a stitch. Simple, it's true but don't let that fool you.
This pattern is well thought out to provide colour play as well as some
simple features that will allow you to wear the finished piece in any one of
three styles. Also available are instructions for your choice of three different
yarn weights. I have chosen to use the ever so eye catching Zauberball
along with a coordinating solid alpaca blend.
Next time your in the shop have a look at all of the colour choices
in this super-fun combination.
I guaranty  you’ll love this simple and very wearable knit.
Thank you Carina!
