ROUGE

.... a mountain of red Merino/Polwarth batts. First dyed in several shades of red, then carded into a blend and soon to be spun. This fibre is destined to be a wonderful, warm and spongy blanket on custom order. Matching an exact red is always a daunting task .... but I do love a challenge and this one was made all the more alluring as I begin to read "The Perfect Red" by Amy Butler Greenfield.
